Because while the real world continues to evolve, Yahoo is stuck in a quagmire.

It's not hard to figure out, the moderation/reporting system has been down since before Christmas, so all these questions you see are not being taken down. And to be honest, this question you have asked is another one we are all getting tired of looking at, all you have to do is type in key words into the search, then you will find similar questions asked.
