Writing with multiple POVs.?
I'm writing a series with seven multiple POV characters. Is it okay to leave one or two of these POVs unresolved? Instead of having a full story arc in this book, their arc would stretch out from this book to the next. For two of my characters I can't find any way to give them a full arc. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you choose to write POV with multiple characters then start a new chapter with each character. Otherwise, the alpha reader will get confused.

I have a sneaking suspicion that unless your name is George R.R. Martin, you're expending so much energy on your "multiple POV" tricks in your "series" that you're not going to have any stamina left to actually tell me a good story.
