So if a guy pretends to be a transvestite and enters a girls bathroom could he possibly sue any girl who had a problem for sexual slander?

    You've never actually seen a transvestite, have you.

    I don't know what you think goes on in girls' bathrooms, but there are individual stalls. No one sees anything. Anyone peeking under the door is guilty of invasion of privacy and can be charge with that. The guilty person can't sue anyone.

    There is no such thing as sexual slander. And people have a right to an opinion and to voice it.

    You can sue anyone for any reason, but, I doubt he'd have much of a case.
