You cannot. That is one of those that cannot be blocked by going to your Preferences. As long as
the question has received one answer it negates you deleting your question. I have received answers for a question I asked several years ago and chose a BA at that time. I know it might be an inconvenience, but I am sure, like me, that you do not receive that many.
And if you do you have no other option but to delete them.
