How reliable / fast is internet in buenos aires, igassu falls, and rio de janeiro?

It depends on the internet provider you have. There are plans from 12, 25 and 50 Megas
But in general if you compare it to the rest of the continent the internet in Argentina is not as fast as in other countries.
Maybe you cannot watch videos as fast as you do in your country or download movies, but the speed is enough for using facebook, gmail, instagram, yahoo. etc etc.
The same internet providers are in Iguazu and in Buenos Aires but I don't know in Brazil
