my pulse in actually in my wrist?

So, 3 years ago, I kind of messed my elbow up, and is kind of more pushed in than the other one, to the point where i cannot touch my left shoulder with my left arm (hand), and im not quite sure, but im thinking it had pushed my pulse up closer to my hand, so its basically in my wrist, in my other wrist, ican feel its a bit further down, but on my left, it appers as a big lump on my wrist, that is VERY noticeable, if you brush your fingers over it, you can feel it beating, its creepy, should I worry, and when to go to the docs?

Update:

you can see the skin around it moving often as well, its just below the thumb joint, and is on the lines / wrinkles of my wrist

You have always had a pulse in your wrist. Everyone does. It's normal.

There is nothing to worry about.

The artery in that wrist is simply a little closer to the surface than on the other side. Unless you are dead, you can <<always>> feel a pulse in your wrists.

    It's always in your wrist.
