Kindle Fire low memory?
I have a Kindle Fire HD. It said internal storage was running low, so I bought a memory chip. The low storage messages kept coming. I took a bunch of stuff off. Still low memory, so it says. What can I do? Does it need defragged, or something like that? Thanks.

It needs factory reset

You might try resetting it to the original settings. Pull down the menu from the top of the device and select the "settings" icon. Try the help option.
