IQ is much, much, much more valuable.
I'd rather be an extremely introverted genius, than a social butterfly who is dumber than a rock.

IQ is problem solving, EQ is knowing how to act socially.
Low IQ people are slow, low EQ people have poor social skills.
EQ includes knowing what topics to and not to talk about, reading body language, paying attention, etc.
I think EQ is more important, but it requires IQ to a degree.
