So, has your teacher really been mean to you, and given you no clue about those two matters?

You "couldn't find" the answers... did you EVEN LOOK? Had you been paying attention all along and kept up with your assigned readings, you WOULD INDEED KNOW the answers to these ridiculously simple questions.
These questions are simply far too basic and SIMPLE for any student not to know.... you seriously need to do your readings. Hint: Look up and know the functions of aperture, shutter speed and ISO.

F-stops are fractions. The larger the number - the more light.
The smaller the number the more depth of field.
Do the math.

The smaller the aperture size, the larger the opening. If you STUDY the photography information in your book, the answers become VERY CLEAR.

Umm... frankly, those are extremely simple and basic aspects of photography. I will not give you the exact answers, but enough information that you should be able to figure it out yourself.
Apertures are expressed as f2.8, f5.6, f11 etc. etc. The lower the number, the larger the aperture opening. The higher the number, the smaller the aperture opening. Now, which aperture would you deduce allows in the most light?
Aperture is also a factor, (though not the only one), that affects depth of field. Maximum depth of field means more of the photo is in focus, front to rear. Shallow depth of field means only a small part of the photo is in focus. Smaller aperture OPENINGS create more depth of field. Larger aperture OPENINGS create a more shallow depth of field. The word OPENINGS is important. Refer to the information about light. So, which aperture NUMBER would you deduce produces the most depth of field?
