I took a soluble paracetamol at eight pm Is it ok for me to take one co co Damon tablet now please.?

If you only took one 500mg soluble paracetamol at 8pm you can safely take one cocodamol now. Never exceed 1,000mg paracetamol every 4-6 hours, a maximum of 4,000mg in any 24 hour period.
