Honestly, not doing too well. You can only send a person to the psychiatric hospital so many times before they know how to lie to get out. The suicidal ideation never really stops, especially if it still exists while actively attending therapy and psychiatry sessions.
My ex decided to tap out on being supportive, and instead, told my entire, emotionally abusive family my situation after I had cut them out of my life for five years, caused by their awful reactions to my depression. My other friends have gotten tired of me calling at night and telling them that I want to kill myself, so they don't talk to me now. My job fired me after this last stint at the hospital, and they were able to because they just claimed that the "contract ended." I guess I can't blame them for not wanting to employ a mentally unstable 24 year old.
