I am only sure of First middle and Last name. couldnt find to much on google or facebook. Ive never seen a picture of him so that doesnt help. But i know what state and hospital i was born in can i call them or no? Im 27 and never seen or met the guy not even in a picture.

Contact the hospital about it. You know important information which I'm confident it will lead you to where he is. But the question is, what do you expect to happen once you find him? He didnt search for you since the day you were born. I can understand there are so many answers you want to get. But be ready for a new beginning with him or a closure.
