Talk with a recruiter. Foreigners can join provided that they are not citizens of an "enemy" state. Even then an exception can be made under very specific circumstances/conditions.
Whether or not you fight ISIS is another matter.

It is possible to join as a foreigner. You are at a disadvantage career wise because they won't give you security clearance.
And you can't pick your assignment.

You need to be a citizen then you have to be 39 or younger and then you need to pass the asvab to get into the military
