Regarding ubuntu operating system 16.10 crash?

Just last month that I have install the ubuntu 16.10 were I have facing that software is crash many time so I have install two gb ram. now on my pc have 4 gb ram then also ubutu 16.10 is crashing so what is the solution for it.

    what make/model of pc? most problems usually mean an error message, what meessage? most ubuntu issues are driver problems. Identify the area at issue, eg video, lan, sound

    I use Linux Mint 17.3, but perhaps if you go to the Ubuntu forums and give detailed information about your computer and what happens when it crashes, they can help.
