    Constant Velocity joints.. They may get louder going around turns, the sound comes from the front wheels..

    It is the sound of service being required on some front end part - likely a CV Joint is worn out BUT with no sound clip - year, mileage,and thorough description of when it occurs and doesn't it is anyone's guess, - could be a piece of gravel in the tires too.
