Dentist didn't say I had any cavities but I see a small crater on my first molar on bottom teeth?

The first molar on my left side of my bottom teeth has a small crater like shape on one of the tooth's quadrants, if you will. It's like right on the top of the raised part of the tooth, but it clearly forms a tiny sunken place. It doesn't look like it's rotting, and looks almost normal except its not like the other surfaces. So is it just the shape of the tooth?

Fluoride does that. You wont hear it from dentists as they risk much if they speak out against it. Do some research, fluoride doesn't prevent cavities but rather destroys teeth and our bodies.
