Should we be concerned about the government plans for 2020?

Belgium – 20;

Germany -20;

Italy – 70;

    The US is moving toward a world that's responsible. Russia should be part of this plan. Eventually all nukes will be outlawed same as chemical warfare, but first there must be a phase where only responsible countries control the nukes. The next step is mutually agreed disarmament.
