bonfire...outdoors movie projector,glow n dark,lanterns,hot dogs,smores,marshmellows,patties,steak,c......... food, photobooth... pigs-in-a-blanket, fritos, coke in bottles and tater tots ( tater tots ... in the backyard, we hung mason jars with candles from the branches of our trees... we piled firewood into a wheelbarrow so that the teens could easily throw another log on when the fire needed it... hang the mason jars, i used craft wire to make a sort of “holster” for the jar and then used more craft wire to attach a handle...throw darts and hot dogs and cocoa at donald trump

I have found that food bars are well received by my friends.

Taco Bar: All in separate bowls: seasoned beef, seasoned chicken, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, chopped scallions, sliced black olives, refried beans, taco sauce, soft and hard taco shells, chopped cilantro.

Hamburger Bar: All hamburgers are slider size to fit in slider buns. All in separate bowls: crumbled blue cheese, American cheese slices, crumbled bacon, sliced onions and tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, bbq sauce, A-1 Sauce, sautéed mushrooms.

Kabob BBQ: Prepare skewers of meat and skewers of various types of veggies and marinate in Italian dressing over night. Everyone can pick what they want to eat by the skewer fresh off the BBQ.

These are all very easy things to do, as much of the prep work is done in advance.

I did Mexican Chef Salad aka Taco Salad in a roll your own buffet for my last party. Make dishes of all the veggies that go into the Salad. Crushed corn chips, lettuces, meat, cheese, beans, tomatoes, etc. Finally several different salsas for dressing.
