- seven (or seven pair) each of the "clean" animals

Enough for him to eat until 1 male 1 female left for each.

I doubt the Spear of Adun or the Autobot Ark can carry that many, let alone a man made vessel of such era.

One breeding pair, except for clean animals (Noah had to clean them by hand). Also, "kind" is just bible-talk for species. To ensure they would all fit in the hold, they held embryos, instead of fully developed animals, in an ultra high tech hybernation bank. Don't even get me started on how they handled gestation after the voyage.
