my ex who broke up with me is upset with his best friend and no longer going to be friends with him bc he started talking to me/ flirt with me. im confused i wasn't going to do anything w his friend out of respect for him and me needing space to heal. i don't understand why he's upset if he doesn't care about me anymore ?

You are broken up. Who gives a fcuk if he is upset? He no longer has any kind of claim to you/your activities, by his own choice. You don't owe him any kind of loyalty or fidelity. It's none of his business what guys you talk to.

MOST Regret the actions they took TOO SOON.
Your Ex, sounds like one of these people. If he is and if he did react too soon, MAKE HIM WORK at getting you back.
This will let him know HOW important YOU ARE to his Heart and Happiness.
Most people learn VALUE, after they experience REGRET.
It seems to be a flaw in Humans.

he probably thought his best friend vas not supportive of him during his bad times.
does not really mean he still likes you. But there maybe other evidence poiting to the fact that he still likes you.If your gut feeling says that he still likes you, maybe give it a shot.
try go to the gym and bump v him. talk about something other than your dating life. talk about something such as the gym stuff in this video.
