    No because he didn't actually really kill him. it was more in self defense(Norman was about to kill him) Norman always wanted to be with Norma so he probably wanted to die to be with her, so it wasn't murder.It was more of a suicide

    As you can see in the end Dylan gets to be with Emma and their daughter
