JBL Charge 3 Won t Charge.?

I ve had the speaker since Christmas and a couple of weeks ago, it simply stopped being able to charge. I know for a fact that the charging cable and wall adapter are perfectly fine.

I have no receipt, as it was a gift, so if I can fix it myself, I will.

Has anyone had the same issue and fixed it? Or should I just experiment and try to replace the USB port?

    The battery may be bad.

    It can happen no matter how new the item is,

    so it's worth checking into.

    Consult a local audio repair shop.
