The latest I've ever been was 2 hours late because for some damn reason my phone wigged out and set itself an hour behind and I was on my way to work and they called asking where I was and I had no idea of the real time until then. I dont think anyone beats my co worker though. He has shown up 6 hours late before!

i got to work 4 hours late walked in casualy at break and no one seemed to notice or at least care.

About an hour if its a job I like I call them to let them know I will be late, otherwise I just show up late or wait for them to call me

In 14 years the worst was probably 17 minutes.
I always arrive early, but one time I forgot my uniform and it's 7 miles each way.
