What race/ethnicity do you consider this guy?

He's biracial His father is Pacific Islander (Papuan New Guinean), and his mother is White(Russian)

Update:

His natural eyes are blue, those aren't contacts. Also his father is Melanesian so he has no African ancestry, so he isn't the same race as black people.
