if they slashed the price on a car on the lot can you still negotiate? if you add up all the features and its significally lower ?

    You can haggle yourself to death. Bottom line, if you know the true market value of any car you are considering for purchase you will never go wrong or overpay.

    you can always haggle the price AND the smart buyer would do his/her "homework" by researching the vehicle, it's value, resale price, etc

    YESn you can negotiate. When the seller and buyer agree to a price you have a transaction.
