Can i have 64 bit win 10 with a 32 bit win XP?
I have a computer with 64 based processor, it has 32 bit XP and 32 bit win 10 installed, I want to upgrade my win 10 to 64 bit .. can i do it or will i have to remove the win xp first?

No, but it has nothing to do with XP's presence. A 32-bit Windows edition cannot be upgraded to 64-bit. Back up everything of importance in Windows 10, then do a clean install of Win10 64-bit to the partition Win10 32-bit is now installed to.

It does not matter how many bits each OS is. On my computer from 2004 I had 32-bit WinXP Home, 64-bit WinXP Pro beta, and both 32 and 64-bit versions of Linux. Although, it no longer has the 64-bit XP beta because that expired.
