I want my job back! Someone help?

Okay so I been terminated from my job about 3 months ago & I was told I could appeal it at any time. I tried appealing 3 times but I was unsuccessful and the coorp rate ppl told me there was no evidence to rehire me. I was terminated for being on the 4th step . . Can someone help me in anyway to explain my documentations to cooperate so I can get my job back. Here are my documentations: ( I worked in a movie theater)

4th step (1/12/17): Loitering in the box office over 45 minutes after shift ended

3rd step (11/6/16): Did not upsell or suggestive sell on a blind check

2nd step (9/17/16): Failed to clock out for break which resulted in a break violation

1st step (7/28/16): Arrived late for shift

1st step (7/9/16): Cash handling error

They said you can appeal, you tried. They didn't say they would rehire you, they aren't going to. So what have you been doing for these last three months? I hope it's looking for a DIFFERENT job and not counting on getting this one back.

The worst part of what I read is that you have attempted to appeal 3 times unsuccessfully and the "corp people" (corporate human resources?) told you there was no evidence to rehire you.

Sounds like you have been labeled "discharged, not rehireable". No matter what you do there is little chance of that theater giving you another chance. Maybe there is another theater chain close by you could apply at. Other than that ... time to look into another line of work.

That's a big range of screwups. After a while they'll just state you're not up to the job. They don't have to hire you at all, much less rehire you. Get another job, and try to be more conscientious and responsible at that one. No one pays people to be late, wrong, lazy, not to follow instructions, or not even be able to count to 5 correctly - these are 5 things, not four.
