Not sure what you mean, but a new door should come with a rubber seal on the bottom of the door. If you are ordering a pre-hung exterior door, it will come already installed in the new frame and it will have sill seal and complete weatherstripping already on it. If you have ordered just the door itself you could be in for some problems if everything wasn't carefully measured prior to ordering the door.
