At work I wrote on the white board, a word, a few seconds later I couldn't read the word, it looked jumbled. Did I have a mini stroke?
I asked my friend what the word was that I just wrote and he thought I was joking, (I am a bit dyslexic and don't read much). was this a mini stroke. I took an on line dyslexic test and failed, (not too badly), telling my doctor about it he remarked..."You are 60 yrs now, what does it matter, you got this far" Do most people experience this once in awhile?....THANKS.

How is your vision right now? If words are still jumbled, you need to see a doctor immediately. However, I assume that since you wrote the post, your vision is back to normal. The Stroke Association lists signs of a stroke on the site linked below. Number 03 toward the end of the page lists trouble seeing out of one or both eyes. I suggest you have an eye test done sometime soon by someone other than your regular doctor.

Thank you for your answer, it's not the correct one, but the only one.
It was a word I just wrote and a few minutes later I couldn't recognize the word, it was all jumbled up and when I asked a friend about the word he thought I was joking...later I could read it...weird or what...thanks.
