If atheism isn't a religion, why are you in hanging out in this Y!A category?

Atheism is a position on religion. Why wouldn't atheists "hang out" in the religion section. Besides if there was an "atheists/secular" section Christians would be all over that.

Some one has to inject a level of intelligence here, fundies surely can't.

You may have forgotten the hundred of questions posted about and to us on this site daily. You seem unaware of that. Furthermore we come here to point out clear and evident falsehoods and double standards perpetuated constantly.

I'm an atheist.

I come here to explain to Christians what is actually in their Bible, because most of them here have no idea.

For example, did you know that you can beat your slave to death and pass him to your children, just like a kitchen table, but, this is ACTUALLY just "voluntary indentured servitude"?

There seems to be a lot of "questions" for atheists. Who do you want to answer them? Flowerchildish and Firby?

I didn't believe it. It certainly doesn't describe Christian people I know. I married a Christian. Sadly, time spent here has proven that there are indeed people who have serious hatred issues (on both sides).

Atheists come to harass. They hate what their minds are blind to.

Because people post questions about atheists and atheism, so I answer them.

If you don't want atheists here, why call them here by posting questions directed at them or about them...?

Because this is the place to discuss religion. Atheists tend to be very knowledgeable on religion. It's why we're atheists.
