Different emojis on different phones?!?!?

So I want to know if the green coloured love heart emoji is available on all types of phones?

This guy I was talking to said he doesn't have the green coloured love heart on his phone (His phone is a Sony I think).

Is that true? Does that phone not have a green coloured love heart emoji?

    Different phones with different OS versions will have the latest updates of emojis that OS version had/got. The older the phone and OS, the less likely it is to have some of the newest emojis, unless they have an app or keyboard with them.

    They should be available. Usually iPhones get them 1st though as far as new ones.
