How can we prevent Russia-USA war?

Don't provoke and don't show weakness either.

the best way of staying out of war is to keep your nose out of other's business, we are always sticking our nose in places we don't belong. let countries do what they want and take care of our country.

why do we try to tell other countries how to run their's . let them alone and no one will bother us.

Actually, the very old concept of mutually assured destruction (perhaps appropriately abbreviated as MAD), that relies on the fact that each could survive a first strike and destroy the other many times over, is what ultimately is the best prevention. That is why the "Cold War" was always cold. Both nations are rational.

By making the US military so strong that Russia won't dare attack.
