I usually smoke joints. I've smoked out of a bong/bowl 3 times tops. Will a bowl get me higher ?

if you used the same amounts yes.
you would use less weed smoking it pure in bongs or whatever, you dont need to fill the bowls either when you do.

From my experience Oh yes. Adding water to the equation to cool down the smoke allows for deeper and greater inhales. Also many bongs/water pipes have a filtration system too which helps makes the smoke cleaner, cooler and taste better. Bigger rips = Bigger High. Also with joints you are burning some paper/inhaling it as well which does nothing but make you cough.
