Is there a good deal on USA on cell phones where I can just pay by the minutes?

I don't want a unlimited policy. Is there a good deal of rate per minute just for phone calls?

    Tracfone would be the best option for you. You purchase the phone and minutes plan that you want. You can get a Tracfone and a year of service for around $100, as long as you don't use a lot of minutes.

    Check out all the pay as you go and prepaid offers, there will be something on those type of plans that will fit your needs.

    You can get Tracfone in which you can buy however many minutes you want
