Can I take 2 antihistamine tablets (loratadine) in a day?

I have the hayfever tablets, loratadine, and it says take them one a day, I forgot to take it this morning so I just took it then (8:30pm), does this mean I should take it again at this time tomorrow or could I take it at 8am tomorrow??? What are the effects of I did???

    You should check with your doctor. My doctor has me taking one Zyrtec everyday at night for my allergies.

    They will dry you out, and may make you drowsy.
