Personal Will?

Original filed in PA. Lehigh County. Might be 10 years ago already. I have since moved to another state. In my case DE. Kent county. Do I need to change. As long as the executor knows does it matter.

Update:

I paid an attorney to write a standard will up. Maybe 10 years ago. My oldest daughter(listed as first executor) has the original. I just assumed a copy is in the court house placed by the attorney at the time. Drawn up back in PA.I have moved to another state. As long as my daughter has the original. Should be good. I'm hoping.

I don't know WHAT you did 10 years ago, but you DID NOT legally file your will ANYWHERE in the US. There is NO SUCH THING as filing the will of a LIVING person in the US.
