that's hardly likely, because if detected it would be likely to cost here the election - so the theory makes no sense.
getting rid of the NHS is going to be attempted by a series of reforms, but the massive hurdle the tories can't cross, is making it cease to be free at the point of use, and/or bringing in private insurance
before the coalition and small minority tory government, when they were expecting a big majority, some of the top tories were communicating with US health insurance providers to find out how to do it 'their' way
