Been there done that. Looking at young boys is not illegal. You have every right to do it wherever you want whenever you want to. I live in NYC and there is nothing like watching boys from out of town get lost in the big city. There parents scowl at us but we still catcall back.

You can admire anybody you'd like. But you can't be making audible comments and offend them. Have some self control. Because one day you will get a response that requires medical attention.
