Who should pay?

I dropped my iPhone 4 lots of times during the year I had it, the final break was because of my mum though, should I pay the 100 pounds for a new one?

    1. Should try to be less careless with the phone

    2. The iPhone 4 is pretty much past its prime at this point. Should look into getting a 5s at the very least.
