Why do girls and young women get attracted to older men?

The reason is probably the same as for why boys and young men get attracted to older women. Part of it is the desire to be with someone more mature and more experienced. Another factor is to gravitate toward someone who has a parental image. Further, it may reflect a desire to be with someone outside their immediate age range for varied reasons.

Older men are more mature, and less likely to play games. Also they are more financially stable, and ready to settle down.

Older men are successful, much more calm, much more confident, and we're happy for attention of women. We don't have to run around and show off, we know what we're capable of, and we're quietly strong. Women like the controlled behavior and the proven track record of success.

I don't think this is true, it's at least not common but an older man with a steady job is going to have more money, and come off as more mature then some frat boy in college.
