Did it mean anything?
One of my guy friends kissed me unexpectedly and we were both going into it (my friends thought so too). It lasted maybe a minute and after the kiss we both thought that it was great. We kept looking at each other and when he was about to go we gave each other tight hugs and he almost kissed me again because he made our noses touch. He hasn't texted anything about it and it's been two days since then.

Either he's just as scared as you and doesn't know what to say, or he regrets what happened. Ask him - that's the only way to find out where you stand!
