The NHS has had it's day.
It can no longer cope with the increased life expectancy and drugs that keep people with chronic diseases alive for longer than was the case when it was first set up. We cannot afford to keep pumping money into it and even if we could it'll never keep up.
Shut it down and make people take out their own health insurance. For those who refuse to invest in their own health - tough.

The flaw was in governments wilfully not keeping National Insurance contributions at a level which could sustain the growing NHS. You selfish cheapskate voters are entirely to blame for the situation.
