Abnormal eating disorder?

Long story: To begin, as a child, I ate fast food everyday, primarily McDonalds and Chick Fila. I was chubby, and one day, my parents told me that I should be healthier. So I took their words to heart... I am 15 now, and I workout everyday and I eat a lot (and I'm skinny). The thing is, I eat a lot of healthy things: spinach omelettes, avocado toast, organic turkey sandwiches, whole grain oatmeal, quinoa, black beans, lentils, ect. I know, I know, why would I complain about having such a healthy diet? Well, I refuse to eat anything that is outside of the classification of healthy. "Would you like to eat at ____ today?" My response would be, "No, they use preservatives, and way too much butter on their food. Just last night, I went to my best friends house, and I sat at dinner with his family. Just a note: I think I feel that if I eat one unhealthy thing, I will see negative results in my body. The dinner was cheeseburgers: white bread, american cheese, and I saw my friend's dad frying the meat with an awful lot of butter. I just couldn't do it. I couldn't sacrifice my health for my manners, and I just had water. Just a note again, I'm not anorexic, I eat around 2500 cals per day. This occasion is like many others, and it seems that being healthy has not led me toward the right path. What do you think? Should I change anything? Thanks for taking the time to read this.

"I couldn't sacrifice my health for my manners."

Eating a cheeseburger once in a blue moon will do NOTHING to sacrifice your health, but refusing to eat something so beneath you that your friend's parents' made makes you look like the biggest as*hole.

    Google "orthorexia."

When you fear one different kind of meal will have an effect then that is a phobia that is a problem in your life. That borders on a fear and that's silly. It's stopping you from enjoying your life and feeling relaxed.

I believe anything in moderation is okay. Fast food everyday, not good. Donuts everyday, not good. Once a week. Here and there. Moderation is key. Keep eating healthy! It sounds like you are doing very well at making good choices!
