How do I tell her nicely and believably that I don't have the money?

Ok so a friend of mine that I'm more of just an associate with now asked me for money for a pregnancy test. In the past, she's always asked me for money favors and even has taken advantage of me. So I distanced myself. So i smoke a lot (just weed) so she knows I always have money. So it's kind of not believable if I say I don't have money. How do I say no in a believable way?

Since you have the money, there is no believable way you can convince her.

Well rather than lie to her and tell her something that she knows to be untrue anyway, why not just be direct. Tell her that you don't want to lend her money because she has taken advantage of you in the past and you're done with that. You're not being a "jerk" by being honest. You're simply stating a truth about what has happened in the past. You don't want to deal with that again so you're not going to put yourself in that position again.
