how can i convert a pdf document to word using google?

    There is a lot of software that does a great job of this. Google? No.

    You could use Google to research how to do it.

    You can't. Google (a company) is nothing to do with PDF or Word.

    If you have a supported version of Word, then you can open the PDF in Word, and do a Save As. No need to use anything else.

    PDF pages are IMAGE files, there is no way to properly convert them to text (Word) files. Some OCR apps will, but the formatting is all wrong, and there are usually many errors.
