Will the cease fire be broken in Korea resulting in another full out war?

    Unlikely. The North has more to lose from a hot war. They would lose such a war. They only fought to a draw last time because China intervened. This time, it is unlikely that China would do so because China is so integrated into the global economy now.

    But the west has alot to lose also. In addition to the possibility of nukes, the North has a huge array of artillery all positioned in range of Seoul, South Korea. The loss of life from any invasion would be HUGE if they began indiscriminately shelling Seoul.

    I wonder....Of course it wouldn't be such a bad thing to take North Korea over and reunite it with the South and get rid of Kim and his minions. But the lives it would cost would be substantial.
