HOW TO BLEACH PUBJC HAIR?

So, I'm wanting to bleach my hair around the inside of my thighs. My hair is dark brown, so I'm afraid it Wil turn orange or something. Will it? And how do u even bleach that hair?

    According to her maid, Marilyn Monroe used a brush while she had one foot propped up on the edge of the toilet. I don't really care about the color of a woman's hair jst so long as she has some. Can't stand women who think they should shave it off and look like a prepubescent girl.
