Have the Swedish or german governments outlawed pepper spray or do they not stock up on it?

I would think that with the massive Islamic/African immigration, girls would need it for self defense from harassment

    Whilst you can't use pepper spray, there's a multitude of other products that can be used.

    My daughter uses a product called GoldSpot, which is a breath freshener. Even the most perverted masochists would not get this stuff in their eyes.

    Pepper spray is nice. However, if a man has not touched you, you can't use it. It can only be used in self defense. So what to do about the drivers who drive up to you and try to talk to you as you walk to the store or work? How about a very loud air horn? Afterall, those drivers are counting on the girl to not make a scene. I say, make the biggest scene possible.
