    You can't. It would show up in your blood if you had cancer...you would need that tested.

    It depends on what symptoms you have. Self diagnosis is never good.

    Sometimes there are noticeable symptoms: a lump, a bone that broke for no reason, unexplained blood, pain that goes for weeks, losing a lot of weight for no reason. But until a medical test confirms it, you don't know if cancer is the explanation for those symptoms.
