Don't you think what my parents are doing is wrong?
You have a shed and there is a bird nest and they have baby in it and my mom think that we should block it so the mother would stop going in our shed and my dad think he should shoot the mother bird then I told them no that is not nice and it's mean and it wrong and then the baby bird would die because they wouldn't have a mother then they said yeah but my shed might have bird poop in it with we don't get rid of it and then I said yeah what happened if you guy were a bird and someone tried to block you from getting into your nest and someone was trying to shoot you how would you feel then they ignored my question PS I think they were kidding about shooting the birds but still it a terrible thing to do

Leave the birds alone. The babies will be big enough to leave the best soon and the mom will take off with them to protect them and feed them before they can fly and feed themselves. They probably won't be there for too much longer so just let them be and they should leave soon.

The babybirds will soon be fledglings and the mother will teach them to fly. The birds don't return to their nest after that.

If its a protected song bird or migratory bird of game bird he will get into all manner of trouble for killing it. If its a common pest like a sparrow then nothing will happen

Just move the nest if its such a huge problem. just wear plastic gloves when moving it so it wont smell like humans.
